What payment options do you have? 

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.

We accept Paypal payments for credit card and debit card.  However you do not need to have a Paypal account in order to make a purchase.  Paypal acts as the secure payment gateway for your Credit Card/Debit Card details so they are kept safe during the process.

You can also pay securely using a credit card or debit card via our Stripe Payment Gateway.  No account set up is necessary and all card information is secured completely.

Please note:  Our store accepts all payments in NZD.  So the price you see on the product page will reflect your local currency and when you reach checkout it will convert to NZD.  This will not affect your final price and you will still be paying the same price you saw on the product page. 

 

How long does shipping take? 

Our Shipping Times are 6-10 Days for Standard Shipping and 3-6 Days for Express Shipping.   

We process all orders within 3 business days and have them shipped out after.

 

How do I use my discount coupon?

On the checkout page- to the right hand side you will see a option to enter your discount code in there. If you are on mobile then you will need to click the drop down box above the order price. It will then automatically subtract the value from the total sum so you can save more with Product Snatch! 

 

How can I find out where my order is?

Please include your name and order number as well.

We will respond to all contact within 48 Hours. 

 

Do you offer pick up? 

Currently we only offer a delivery service.  This may change in the future however.

 

I ordered multiple items and only some of them have arrived- where is the rest of my order?

Because we ship many products from our overseas warehouse- many of the products will be handled separately and shipped individually.  Therefore there can be different arrival time.  Please note some items can take up to 20 days to arrive.

 

Do I need to make an account in order to make a purchase? 

No you do not need to make an account.  By creating an account- you can save your details such as your delivery address and Credit Card/Debit Card details for next time you choose to order.  You can use your Facebook login details to create an account. 

 

 Do you ship to my country? 

We will ship to almost all countries around the world.  There are the exception of some hostile countries in which delivery will not be possible.  This changes quite frequently. However we will always ship to the following countries:

North America, South America, Australia, New Zealand, China, Korea, Japan, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, France, Germany, Austria, South Africa.   All are eligible for FREE WORLD WIDE SHIPPING with no minimum order.  

If you’re country is not listed please do not hesitate to send us an inquiry and we will let you know if shipping to your country is possible.

What do I do if I entered the wrong delivery address? 

Please email us immediately at hello@productsnatch.com with the correct address for you.  We cannot correct any incorrect address 48 hours after your order has been made.
